Requirements: 

  • University degrees in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Informatics, or a related field.
  • At least one complete end-to-end SAP PP/PM implementation project experience and participation in at least three active SAP PP/PM related projects.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with demonstrable competency in SAP PP and PM modules.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent understanding of production planning and plant maintenance business processes.
  • High customer-service orientation with strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP PP and PM modules based on business requirements, translating operational processes into system solutions.
  • Manage production planning processes, including master data management (BOMs, routings, work centers), material requirements planning (MRP), production scheduling, and shop-floor execution.
  • Oversee plant maintenance processes, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, asset lifecycle management, maintenance scheduling, work order processing, and maintenance costing.
  • Lead and support period-end closing activities for production and maintenance areas, ensuring timely and accurate execution in alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Provide training to end-users on the effective use of SAP PP and PM modules, offering ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization guidance.
  • Identify, resolve, and manage integration points and issues between SAP PP/PM modules and other SAP modules such as MM, QM, SD, FI, and CO.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, configuration documentation, user manuals, and training materials to facilitate system usage, issue resolution, and knowledge transfer.
