Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including to interviews, surveys, forms, usability testing.
• Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights and recommendations that inform product design and development.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, product engineers, marketing team and other stakeholders to integrate user feedback into the design process.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate user needs and behaviors.
• Create and maintain research plans, timelines, and reports to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.
• Advocate for the user’s perspective throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring a user-centered approach.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a UX Researcher or similar role.
• Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using research tools and software such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Lookback, or similar.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey research findings effectively to various audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of design thinking and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Experience working in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools like Six Sigma, SPSS, Eview or similar
